Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to act as content subject matter expert. You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients, present new product innovations, and drive business growth through strategic account management. This role requires excellent networking skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to present compelling solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through in-person meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Develop and implement strategic content plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer goals.
  • Present new product innovations and updates, showcasing solutions that improve client success and business performance.
  • Find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple functions.
  • Monitor client engagement, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to anticipate market trends and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business relationships.
  • Provide training and education to internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in business or related field.
  • 3+ years demonstrated ability in account management, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence collaborators across various levels.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and drive customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently in a sophisticated and changing environment collaborating with various collaborators
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical approach, capable of interpreting data and identifying business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
  • Strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Preferred

  • Knowledge of lottery industry
  • Knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (Jira)
  • Interest in working with distributed teams across multiple cultures, time zones, and communication styles.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is  $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
