FSRI- Project Manager, State Go Team

Position Summary: Provides administrative and organizational support to all Hope Division Programs, spanning victim services, police co-response, trauma-informed policing, school violence prevention, and youth homelessness prevention.
Specific Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Supports the Hope Division Vice President with project management functions across the Division, such as accreditation
- Supports the Victim Services Director with administrative functions across the Department
- Serves as Data Manager and Quality Assurance representative for the Department
- Keeps a centralized calendar of data and progress reporting deadlines with a reminder system across numerous and varied funders
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in human/social services, criminal justice, public administration, or related field.
- Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize self and others; to work independently and take initiative.
- Varied software skills highly desired (Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Project management/multi-tasking experience and flexibility in meeting changing priorities and demands highly desirable.
- Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
- Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.

Physical Requirements: This position requires office and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:
- Travel to and from community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
- Lift up to 20lbs
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance also required
