FSRI-Information Technology Specialist

Position Summary: Responsible for staff support for technology utilized by the agency including security, storage access, hardware, software, portal and app access, cellular devices and multifunction imaging devices.
Qualifications:
- One year’s experience with hardware, software and support in a networked Windows environment, or AA/AS or an applicable IT Certification plus internship experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Communication skills and organizational skills and patience to manage multiple requests under deadlines with close attention to detail and follow-up.
- Works well under technical supervision.
- Learning expectation is to have or obtain/maintain CompTIA A+ certification within one year of employment.
- Further certifications will be incentivized in a manner to be discussed.
- Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
- Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
